Muskoka Construction LTD is a trusted, premium construction company with a proven track record for consistently delivering and exceeding our clients’ vision. With over 10 years of proven experience, we provide services for a wide variety of projects and continue to grow our residential construction portfolio.

Previously, named Royal Summit Construction we opened in 2010. From the beginning our focus has beento provide our clients with precise, detailed quality carpentry and construction. Our attention to detail hasalways been the roots of our company, and we are proud that our projects have always surpassed our client’s expectations. Proud of our history, we are excited to announce the launch of Muskoka Construction LTD and shift our service area to Muskoka and the greater surrounding area.

Our Process

Our True Custom Model.

Consultation

A personal onsite meeting with the owner of Muskoka Construction LTD will be arranged to discuss your project. Our focus of this initial meeting is to get a clear understanding of your vision and to inform and prepare you for the months ahead. We want you to feel comfortable with your investment and provide you with the advice to help make this run as smoothly as possible for everyone. Discussion points at this stage will include location of project, type of project, scope of work, timeline, materials, budget and additional requirements.

Design

Muskoka Construction LTD will connect you with our design architect and engineer who can develop a plan to take your project from a dream into reality. Architectural drawings will be required to provide our clients with a detailed and accurate estimate. Preliminary drawings can be quoted on; however prices may vary once finalized with an architect. Our architect is available but not mandatory. We can work with an architect of your choice if you prefer.

Estimate

Muskoka Construction LTD will provide you with a detailed estimate and total budget for your project. This will include all aspects of the build from permit process to move in ready.

Permits

As your authorized Project Manager, Muskoka Construction LTD will obtain the permits required to start the construction of your project. This includes the following: architectural drawings, structural engineering, site and septic plans, test pit, HVAC design, heat loss calculations, plumbing design, electrical design, truss, floor and engineering designs.

Build

Muskoka Construction LTD is committed to delivering. A timeline schedule and budget will be pro- vided to ensure the client is well informed of our obligation to them. Our true custom model allows our client to be involved in every step of the process. We understand that every client has their own unique style and we want to ensure your project has been crafted specially for you. We work with highly skilled licensed sub contractors who understand our high level of commitment to our custom- ers. Muskoka Construction LTD takes your project from a vision to paper to reality offering turnkey service on all projects.

Completion

Keys will be turned over once final inspections are completed. Muskoka Construction LTD will ensure client satisfaction upon completion of the project by performing a walk through of all aspects of the project. We stand behind our workmanship and provide a personal two year warranty.
